FEATURED Whites
1) Hess Collection 2007 Su'skol Vineyard Napa Valley Chardonnay (California)
Flavors of lemon and orange zest mix on the palate with ripe tropical fruit flavors of pineapple and apricot, balanced by a hint of French oak. This medium-bodied wine is floral and aromatic with refreshing acidity on the finish.
2) Layer Cake 2009 Central Coast Virgin Chardonnay (California)
Fresh and vibrant, the wine builds in body and texture as it sits in your mouth. Kaffir lime, guava, pineapple & a note of flint flow in first, then the light creamy texture of lemon curd fills in the flavor palette. The finish is clean and crisp.
3) Peter Lehmann 2009 Chardonnay (Australia)
A delicate pale lemon color, it shows fresh white peach, a hint of fig and some barrel complexity on the nose. It is a beautifully balanced and restrained wine with excellent soft fruit definition: a stylish and elegant face of Chardonnay.
4) Spy Valley 2008 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)

The bouquet exhibits powerful aromas of passionfruit and grapefruit, while hints of mineral and exhuberant crisp grapefruit flavors tantalize the taste buds. The palate is rich with generous weight and finishes clean.
5) Alta Vista 2009 Torrontes (Argentina)
Alta Vista's 2009 Premium Torrontes offers up a fragrant perfume of honey, lemon meringue, and tangerine zest. More elegant than most of its peers, this dry, crisp Torrontes will drink well over the next 1-2 years.
6) Anterra 2008 Della Venezie Pinot Grigio (Italy)
Straw in color with a delicate and fruity bouquet accented by elegant floral notes. This Pinot Grigio is easily quaffable with a refined balance between the ripe fruit flavors and the crispness in the finish.
7) Pacific Rim 2009 Columbia Valley Sweet Riesling (Washington State)
Definitely sweet, but balanced with enough acidity to make it feel refreshing, offering pineapple, mango and a touch of honey as the finish lingers.
8) Moselland 2007 Riesling (Germany)
Select grapes were hand picked from the Upper, Middle & Lower Mosel as each vineyard reached its perfect level of ripeness. Refreshing taste profile with peach aromas, lime notes, lively acidity and a hint of mineral.

9) Mollydooker 2009 "Two Left Feet" Shiraz/Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon Blend
(Australia)
Ripe aromas of plum, white chocolate, cherries and raspberries fill the nose. It's big, unctuous texture and incredibly dense, spicy fruit deliver a wonderfully rounded mouth feel and a silky smooth finish.
10) Joseph Carr 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (California)
The nose has aromas of smoke, saddle leather, and black currant. Ripe fruit flavors of black cherry and plum are followed by hints of vanilla and cocoa dust. Firm but approachable tannins accent a balanced finish.
11) Norman Vineyards 2004 Paso Robles "Conquest" Cabernet Sauvignon (California)
Aromas of black currant and red cherry mingle wth nuances of black and white pepper followed by layered flavors of ripe berry fruit, gentle oak nuances, and finishing with hints of vanilla.

There’s a nice transparency to the dark berry, licorice, smoke and herb flavors, playing out over a medium-weight frame and lingering well. Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Drink now through 2013.
13) Raymond 2007 Lot No. 3 Field Blend (California)
A unique blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot. Well-balanced & full-bodied while overflowing with tangy raspberry, cherry, blueberry and sweet vanilla flavors.
14) Flying Fish 2007 Merlot (Washington State)
A deep purple hue in color with concentrated mocha, vanilla and blueberry aromas. Flavors of expansive blackberry and currant fruit meld with just a hint of sweet oak. The long, lingering finish is velvety in texture.
15) Domaine Jean Bousquet 2008 Malbec (Argentina)
Intense rich aromas of blackberry fruit, spicy black pepper notes, blackcurrant and cassis. The palate reveals an elegant personality with spicy, layered red & black fruits, silky tannins and a plush finish.
16) Ruca Malen 2007 Malbec Reserva (Argentina)
Displays fresh cherries, mint and floral notes combined with layers of caramel and vanilla. Juicy and fresh with a velvety texture, sweet and round tannins, & complimentary toasty oak flavors lead to a complex, layered finish.
17) Mollydooker 2009 "The Boxer" Shiraz (Australia)
Bright and jazzy, offering an effusive mouthful of cherry, pomegranate and spice flavors that are as aromatic as they are long & vivid. This has density without great weight, and the finish keeps on going.
18) Michael & David 2005 Lodi Petite Petit (California)
Aged 16 months in new French oak, our carnivalistic blend of Petite Sirah and Petit Verdot has loads of blueberry, plum, and violet aromas and flavors. Chalky, rich tannins give a seamless finish.
19) McManis 2006 Petite Sirah (California)
Deep purple in color with a bright hue. The nose is of jammy boysenberry intertwined with creme brulee and a subtle smokiness. Dense ripe fruit flavors are abundant. The finish is long and succulent.
20) Orin Swift 2008 Napa Valley "The Prisoner" Red Blend (California)

This is a big, sexy, fruit bomb boasting abundant amounts of black, blue, and red fruits along with pepper, spice box, earth, and herbs. Soft tannins, medium to full body, and a heady mouthfeel make this a seductive wine.
21) Plungerhead 2007 Lodi Old Vine Zinfandel (California)
Deep purple color with cocoa, vanilla, clove, and cherry pie aromas. Rich and sappy in the mouth with flavors of boysenberry preserves, cedar, dried raspberry, & coconut spice finishing with great depth from barrel oak aging.
22) St. Hallett 2008 Gamekeeper's Reserve Red Blend (Australia)
Bright and zesty with ripe blackberry, cherry, & dark plum flavors, this blend of Shiraz and Grenache never comes in contact with oak to preserve and accentuate the freshness of it's Barossa Valley fruit.
23) Sequana 2007 "Sarmento Vineyard" Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir (California)

Deliciously complex, with a rich range of flavors built around loamy currant, blackberry, plum and sassafras. Gets more interesting with every sip.
24) Redhawk Vineyard 2007 Willamette Valley "Grateful Red" Pinot Noir (Oregon)
This Pinot Noir is deep ruby red in color, a sign of its classic Pinot Noir character. On the palate, the wine is soft & round, with a delightful core of cherries and red fruits. The overall fruit-forwardness leads to a long, lingering finish.
25) McManis 2008 Pinot Noir (California)
Medium garnet in color and aromas of cherry, strawberry and raspberry are accompanied by a bouquet of vanilla and cocoa. Round and soft in the mouth, with bright red berry flavors, fruit and oak are well balanced in the finish.
26) Layer Cake 2006 Primitivo "a.k.a. Zinfandel" (Italy)
The wine is opaque and purple-colored with a nose of jammy black cherry and blackberry fruit, truffles, tar, and spice. Warm and rich in the mouth; the ripe fruit is well supported by the depth of the structure.
27) Layer Cake 2008 Shiraz (Australia)
Dark, dense & creamy with complex aromas of black plum, blackberry & pepper merge with licorice, tobacco & dark chocolate. An explosion of dark super ripe wild blackberry, touch of cigar box finishing with exotic spices.
28) Rendola 2007 Rosso di Montalcino (Italy)
100% Sangiovese from the Montalcino region of Tuscany. Smooth and elegant with hints of dark berries and toasty oak on the nose and palate. These rich full-bodied flavors lead to well integrated tannins on the finish.
29) Juan Gil 2008 Jumilla Monastrell (Spain)
Powerful aromas of red berries, toast and smoky notes from aging in French oak barriques. In the mouth it is very long with good structure and a perfect balance between ripe fruit, sweet tannins and oak undertones.

30) Quintessa 2006 Napa Valley Meritage-style Blend (California)

A big, powerful wine. Shows classic Quintessa ripeness and density, with focused black cherry, currant, mocha, violet and cedar flavors articulated by firm tannins. This Rutherford vineyard wine will develop well beyond 2012.
31) Caymus 2007 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (California)

Ripe and fleshy, with rich plum, wild berry, spice and savory herb notes that are complex, full-bodied and expansive on the palate, ending with firm tannins and a dash of espresso. Drink now through 2016.
32) Tinazzi 2005 "Aurum" Amarone della Valpolicella (Italy)
Produced from the best Valpolicella grapes of Corvina 80%, Rondinella 15% and Molinara 5%. Intense ruby red in color. Scent of ripe fruits, plum & vanilla. Vigorous and a well-balanced structure, persistent with roasted touches.
